Ingredients: 300g tomato, 18 pcs. pickled cucumber, 6 slices white bread, 6 slices Marpole cheese
- Cut tomato into thin slices. Drain pickled cucumbers and set aside.
- Place 3 pieces of pickles on each piece of bread with 2 tomato slices and then add one slice of cheese on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 150℃ for 6-7 minutes until golden.
