Come experience tranquility of mind by learning meditation at the Buddhist temple. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, benefit from the collective energy of group meditation! For first-time comers, instruction will be given on the different forms of Buddhist meditation. After the first sitting session, a Dharma talk will be given on the Buddhist philosophy and teachings. A complementary vegan lunch is offered at 11:00AM to all participants. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
