Ingredients:
one pack of Baby spinach (350g), 200g avocado, 100g sun-dried tomatoes, 100g pitted black olives, 70g grated cheese
Sauce:
2tbsp. Italian vinegar, 1.5 tbsp. olive oil, 1tpsp. Maple syrup, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. first-extract soy sauce.
Steps:
- Cut avocadoes, black olives and dried tomatoes into small cubes.
- Mix seasonings well to make the sauce.
- Put everything into a saladier and toss well before serve.
Tips:
Vegans can go without the grated cheese.
