Ingredients:
700g tofu, 100g vegetarian minced meat, 40g dried nori.
Seasonings:
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp black bean soy sauce, a pinch of sea salt.
Steps:
- Drain water out of tofu smash and set aside.
- Cut dried nori into 2cm squares.
- Toss smashed tofu well with vegetarian minced meat.
- Steam the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the nori bits o top and season to taste.
Tips:
Cook for about 5 minutes with a steam oven.
