Ingredients:
400g fresh bean curd rolls, 2tbsp minced ginger.
Seasonings:
1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp black bean soy sauce, a pinch of sea salt.
Steps:
- Cut bean curd rolls into 2cm squares; arrange on a plate; top with minced ginger; steam with high beat for 10 minutes.
- Pour in seasonings; mix well and serve.
Tips:
Cook for 7-8 minutes with a steam oven.
