Ingredients:
500g fresh Chinese yam, 40g dried cordyceps flowers。
Seasonings:
2 tbsp first-extract soy sauce, 0.75 tbsp Zhenjiang vinegar, 0.5tbsp sugar, a dash of salt.
Steps:
- Peel Chinese yam; rub on some salt; steam for 8 minutes; set aside for later use.
- Steam dried cordyceps flowers for 3 minutes.
- Cut Chinese yam into 0.5 x 4 cm strips.
- Transfer Chinese yam strips and cordyceps flowers to a big bowl and toss well with seasonings.
