King Trumpet (Oyster) Mushrooms Sautéed with Butter

Ingredients: 300g king trumpet mushrooms; 40g butter

Seasonings: 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sugar

Steps:

  1. Wipe king trumpet mushrooms with paper towel (do not wash with water). Cut into 1-cm slices; cut lines on both sides.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Pan-fry king trumpet slices over low heat until golden.
  3. Mix seasoning and add to the pan. Stir well before serving.

Tips:

  1.  Do not overcook king trumpet mushroom; it tastes best when it is 70-80 percent cooked.
