Ingredients: 300g king trumpet mushrooms; 40g butter
Seasonings: 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sugar
- Wipe king trumpet mushrooms with paper towel (do not wash with water). Cut into 1-cm slices; cut lines on both sides.
- Melt butter in a pan. Pan-fry king trumpet slices over low heat until golden.
- Mix seasoning and add to the pan. Stir well before serving.
- Do not overcook king trumpet mushroom; it tastes best when it is 70-80 percent cooked.
