Iced Sour & Chili Ramen

Ingredients:

700g ramen, 100g red bell pepper, 150g celery

Seasonngs:

1 tbsp. first-extract soy sauce, 2 tbsp. Zhenjiang vinegar, 0.5 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. spicy bean paste, 1tsp. sugar – mix well

Steps:

  1. Cook ramen in boiling water. Drain and mix well with olive oil. Fridge it for later use.
  2. Cut red bell pepper and celery into julienne strips. Marinate with salt for 30 minutes. Discard excess water.
  3. Mix all ingredients with seasonings. Add some water if necessary.

Tips

Add chili oil as desired.
