Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower (about 800g)
Seasonings: 4tbsp. olive oil, 1tbsp. black pepper, 1tbsp. sea salt
Steps:
- Rinse the cauliflower, pad-dry with kitchen towel.
 - Evenly sprinkle the seasonings on the cauliflower.
 - Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. Bake for 45 minutes until golden.
 - Cut cauliflower into wedges. Ready to serve.
 
Tips:
- This dish tastes better when the cauliflower is well done.
