Baked Cauliflower


Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower (about 800g)

Seasonings: 4tbsp. olive oil, 1tbsp. black pepper, 1tbsp. sea salt


  1. Rinse the cauliflower, pad-dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the seasonings on the cauliflower.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. Bake for 45 minutes until golden.
  4. Cut cauliflower into wedges. Ready to serve.


  1. This dish tastes better when the cauliflower is well done.
