Ingredients: 300g spiced dried bean curd, 300g frozen edamame beans, 80g salted mustard green, 1.5 tbsp. grated ginger
Seasonings: 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. black bean soy sauce, some salt, 1 tbsp. sesame oil
Steps:
- Cut spiced dried bean curd into 1 cm cubes. Rinse salted mustard green. Squeeze and dice. Scald frozen edamame beans. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
- Heat wok with oil. Fry all ingredients until fragrant. Mix in seasoning and add some water to simmer over low heat until beans are soft.
- Add 1 tbsp. sesame oil and serve.
