Dried Bean Curd with Salted Mustard Green and Edamame beans

Ingredients: 300g spiced dried bean curd, 300g frozen edamame beans, 80g salted mustard green, 1.5 tbsp. grated ginger

Seasonings: 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. black bean soy sauce, some salt, 1 tbsp. sesame oil

 Steps:

  1. Cut spiced dried bean curd into 1 cm cubes. Rinse salted mustard green. Squeeze and dice. Scald frozen edamame beans. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat wok with oil. Fry all ingredients until fragrant. Mix in seasoning and add some water to simmer over low heat until beans are soft.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. sesame oil and serve.
