Shredded Five-spice Bean Curd

Ingredients: 340g dried bean curd, chopped coriander

Seasonings: 2 tsp. five-spice powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. sesame oil

Steps:

  1. Slice dried bean curd in fine shreds. Scald for 1 minute and drain.
  2. Add in five-spice powder and salt. Mix well before cool.
  3. Sprinkle with coriander. Mix in sesame oil and serve.

Tips:

  1. Coriander is optional. It can be replaced by shredded red peppers.
