Ingredients: 340g dried bean curd, chopped coriander
Seasonings: 2 tsp. five-spice powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. sesame oil
- Slice dried bean curd in fine shreds. Scald for 1 minute and drain.
- Add in five-spice powder and salt. Mix well before cool.
- Sprinkle with coriander. Mix in sesame oil and serve.
- Coriander is optional. It can be replaced by shredded red peppers.
