Baby Spinach Salad



one pack of Baby spinach (350g), 200g avocado, 100g sun-dried tomatoes, 100g pitted black olives, 70g grated cheese


2tbsp. Italian vinegar, 1.5 tbsp. olive oil, 1tpsp. Maple syrup, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. first-extract soy sauce.


  1. Cut avocadoes, black olives and dried tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Mix seasonings well to make the sauce.
  3. Put everything into a saladier and toss well before serve.


Vegans can go without the grated cheese.
