Ingredients: Pumpkin 450g, tofu 100g, vegetarian ground meat 100g, kale sauce 2 tbsp.
Seasoning: some sesame oil, some black bean oil
- Squeeze out liquid from tofu and make tofu into smaller pieces.
- Peel the pumpkin, cut into 2cm pieces
- Mix well pumpkin slices, vegetarian ground meat, tofu and kale sauce in a big bowl
- Bring water to a boil, steam for 15 minutes
- Mix well and serve
- If using steam oven, steam for only 7-8 minutes
