Steamed Tofu with Nori



700g tofu, 100g vegetarian minced meat, 40g dried nori.


1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp black bean soy sauce, a pinch of sea salt.


  1. Drain water out of tofu smash and set aside.
  2. Cut dried nori into 2cm squares.
  3. Toss smashed tofu well with vegetarian minced meat.
  4. Steam the mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the nori bits o top and season to taste.


Cook for about 5 minutes with a steam oven.
