Ingredients: 200g avocado, 250g cherry tomatoes, 200g celery
Seasonings: 1.25 tbsp. pomelo honey, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Italy Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tsp. Japanese soy sauce, a pinch of salt
Steps:
- Cut all ingredients into small cubes.
- Soak celery in salty water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Mix seasonings in a big bowl. (adjust to taste).
- Add all ingredients into the dressing and toss well before serving.

- The dressing should be added right before serving.
