Avocado Salad with Pomelo Honey Dressing

Recipes

Ingredients:200g avocado,  250g cherry tomatoes, 200g celery

Seasonings

1.25 tbsp. pomelo honey,   1 tbsp. olive oil,  1 tbsp. Italy Balsamic Vinegar,  1 tsp. Japanese soy sauce, a pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Cut all ingredients into small cubes.
  2. Soak celery in salty water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
  3. Mix seasonings in a big bowl. (adjust to taste).
  4. Add all ingredients into the dressing and toss well before serving.

Tips

  1. The dressing should be added right before serving.
