Baked Potato Slices with Cream and Cheese

Recipes

Ingredients: 400g new potatoes, 150ml white sauce, 80g chopped cheese

Seasonings: a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and dried herbs

Steps

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into 0.5cm thick slices.
  2. Mix and toss the potato slices well with herbs and seasonings (except the cheese) in a bake ware.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Roast for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to roast until the top is golden brown.

Tips

  1. The best way to avoid burning the dish is to stir once in a while.
