Ingredients: 400g new potatoes, 150ml white sauce, 80g chopped cheese
Seasonings: a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and dried herbs
- Wash potatoes and cut into 0.5cm thick slices.
- Mix and toss the potato slices well with herbs and seasonings (except the cheese) in a bake ware.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Roast for 20-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and continue to roast until the top is golden brown.
- The best way to avoid burning the dish is to stir once in a while.
