Baked Potato with Cream and Cheese


Ingredients:400g  new potatoes, 150ml white sauce, 80g  chopped cheese

Seasoningsa pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and dried herbs


  1. Wash potatoes and cut into 0.5cm thick slices.
  2. Mix and toss the potato slices well with herbs and seasonings (except the cheese) in a bake ware.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking until the top is golden brown.


  1. One way to avoid burning is to stir once in a while.
