Ingredients: 80g dried Chinese wild yam, 80g Fox nuts barley, 80g lotus seeds, 80g dried lily bulbs, 200g corn, 100g cashew nuts, 20g dried longan, 1 pc. dried tangerine peel
Seasonings: 1 tsp. sea salt
- Rinse all the ingredients. Soak for 10 minutes and drain
- Remove husks from corn. Rinse and cut into sections. Each sections cut into 4 pieces.
- Pour in 20 bowls of water and bring to the boil. Add all the ingredients and boil with high heat for 15 minutes, turn to medium heat and cook for 1 hour. Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off heat. Season with salt and serve.
- To ensure better taste, add 0.5 tsp. cooking oil into cold water before turning on heat.
