Ingredients： 400g potatoes, 20g butter
1tsp sea salt, a pinch of black pepper
- Shred the potatoes. Do not rinse with water, or else it will be less sticky.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add potatoes and spread out. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes in medium heat and flip when golden brown.
- Cook another side for about 5 minutes. Serve.
- Vegans can replace butter with vegetable oil.
