Pan-fried Potato Shreds


Ingredients:   400g potatoes, 20g butter


1tsp sea salt, a pinch of black pepper


  1. Shred the potatoes. Do not rinse with water, or else it will be less sticky.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, add potatoes and spread out. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes in medium heat and flip when golden brown.
  4. Cook another side for about 5 minutes. Serve.


  1. Vegans can replace butter with vegetable oil.
