700g Fresh Chinese wild yam
1.5 tbsp. vegetarian barbecue sauce, 1.5 tbsp. light soy sauce
- Peel Chinese wild yam, sprinkle some salt on it, steam for 8 minutes. Set aside.
- Cut the Chinese wild yam into slices of 0.6cm thick.
- Pad-dry with kitchen towel. Marinate in seasonings for 30 minutes.
- Heat wok with oil. Pan fry wild yam slices in low heat until golden and crispy. Add seasonings to taste.
- Use seasonings of your choice as desired.
