Pan-fried Wild Yam Steak

Ingredients: 700g Fresh Chinese wild yam

Seasonings: 1.5 tbsp. vegetarian barbecue sauce, 1.5 tbsp. light soy sauce

Steps:

  1. Peel Chinese wild yam, sprinkle some salt on it, steam for 8 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Cut the Chinese wild yam into slices of 0.6cm thick.
  3. Pad-dry with kitchen towel. Marinate in seasonings  for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat wok with oil. Pan fry wild yam slices in low heat until golden and crispy. Add seasonings to taste.

Tips:

  1. Use seasonings of your choice as desired.
