Roasted Potato with Herbs


Ingredients: 300g potato, a pinch of dried herbs (according to your own preference)

Seasonings: 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and  black pepper


  1. Wash potato and cut into 0.5cm thick slices.
  2. Mix and toss well the potato slices, herbs and seasonings in a bake ware.
  3. Preheat oven to 170 ℃. Roast for 20 minutes.


  1. Roast the potatoes over high heat, turning them at least once, until tender and golden.
