Ingredients: 20g dried kelp, half large pear (200g)
Seasonings: 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. Zhenjiang vinegar, 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce
Steps:
- Rinse and soak kelp in water. Scald in boiling water. Remove from water and drain.
- Peeled, cored and cut pear in thin slices.
- Put kelp in serving bowls. Mix in seasonings and toss well. Top with pear slices.
Tips:
- To prevent sliced pear from turning brown, soak in salted water once the pear is cut.
