Shredded Pears with Kelp


Ingredients: 20g dried kelp, half large pear (200g)

Seasonings: 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. Zhenjiang vinegar, 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce


  1. Rinse and soak kelp in water. Scald in boiling water. Remove from water and drain.
  2. Peeled, cored and cut pear in thin slices.
  3. Put kelp in serving bowls. Mix in seasonings and toss well. Top with pear slices.


  1. To prevent sliced pear from turning brown, soak in salted water once the pear is cut.
