Ingredients: 550g Cabbage, 250g black fungi (soaked), grated ginger
1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce, 1tsp. sugar, 1tsp. salt
- Cook black fungi with ginger, salt and sugar. Drain and set aside.
- Heat wok with oil. Stir-fry grated ginger and cabbage until fragrant. Add black fungi, stir-fry well over medium heat.
- Mix in seasoning and stir-fry until cabbage is tender. Remove from heat and serve.
- Finish the dish with a drizzle of sesame oil for added flavor.
