Stir-fried Black Fungi and Cabbage


Ingredients:  550g Cabbage,  250g black fungi (soaked),  grated ginger


1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce, 1tsp. sugar, 1tsp. salt


  1. Cook black fungi with ginger, salt and sugar. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat wok with oil. Stir-fry grated ginger and cabbage until fragrant. Add black fungi, stir-fry well over medium heat.
  3. Mix in seasoning and stir-fry until cabbage is tender. Remove from heat and serve.


  1. Finish the dish with a drizzle of sesame oil for added flavor.
