Stir-Fried Mixed Bell Pepper and White Mushroom

Recipes

Ingredients:

250g white mushrooms, 100g red bell pepper, 100g green bell pepper, 100g yellow bell pepper, 3pcs. ginger

Seasonings:

1tsp. salt, 1tsp. sugar

Steps

  1. Rinse all vegetables and cut into thick slices.
  2. Heat wok with oil. Stir-fry ginger until aromatized. Add all other ingredients and stir fry until tender.
  3. Add seasonings and serve.

Tips:

  1. Vegetables should not be over-cooked.
