250g white mushrooms, 100g red bell pepper, 100g green bell pepper, 100g yellow bell pepper, 3pcs. ginger
1tsp. salt, 1tsp. sugar
- Rinse all vegetables and cut into thick slices.
- Heat wok with oil. Stir-fry ginger until aromatized. Add all other ingredients and stir fry until tender.
- Add seasonings and serve.
- Vegetables should not be over-cooked.
