Tofu Avocado Salad


Ingredients: 370g avocado; 700g tofu

Seasonings: 1 tbsp. toona sinensis sauce; 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce


  1. Cut tofu into 1.5-cm cubes.
  2. Bring some water to a boil in a pot. Add 1 tbsp. salt. Add tofu and cook for 1 minute. Remove from water and set aside.
  3. Cut avocado into 1-cm cubes. Place avocado cubes and tofu cubes in a bowl.
  4. Add seasoning and mix well.


  1. Ripe avocados taste better then unripe ones.
  2. The toona sinensis sauce can be replaced by sesame oil and vegetarian oyster sauce.
