Ingredients: 200g cheese, 700g tofu, 100g white mushroom, 100g vegetarian ham
Seasonings: ¾ tsp. salt, some pepper powder
- Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices and put into a bake ware.
- Cut white mushrooms and vegetarian ham into small pieces. Fry until fragrant. Mix well with tofu and seasonings.
- Mix half of the cheese with tofu and sprinkle the other half on top of tofu.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
