Tofu with Baked Cheese Topping


Ingredients: 200g cheese; 700g tofu; 100g white mushroom; 100g vegetarian ham

Seasonings: ¾ tsp. salt; some pepper powder


  1. Cut tofu into 1cm-thick slices and put into a bakeware.
  2. Cut white mushrooms and vegetarian ham into small pieces. Mix well with tofu and seasoning.
  3. Mix half cheese with tofu and sprinkle the other half on top of tofu.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
