Ingredients: 200g cheese; 700g tofu; 100g white mushroom; 100g vegetarian ham
Seasonings: ¾ tsp. salt; some pepper powder
- Cut tofu into 1cm-thick slices and put into a bakeware.
- Cut white mushrooms and vegetarian ham into small pieces. Mix well with tofu and seasoning.
- Mix half cheese with tofu and sprinkle the other half on top of tofu.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
