Ingredients:700g tofu, 100g plant-based meat, 40g nori seaweed
Seasonings:
1tbsp, sesame oil, 1tbsp, black soy sauce, a pinch of salt
Steps:
- Press on tofu to squeeze out excess water, smash up tofu and set aside.
- Cut nori into squares of 2cm by 2cm
- Mix plant-based meat well with tofu. Transfer to a big bowl.
- Bring water to a boil, steam for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle on top nori and seasonings. Ready to serve.
Tips:
- Steaming for 5 minutes is good enough with steam oven.
