Ingredients：700g tofu, 100g plant-based meat, 40g nori seaweed
Seasonings：1tbsp. sesame oil, 1tbsp. black soy sauce, a pinch of salt
- Press on tofu to squeeze out excess water, smash up tofu and set aside.
- Cut nori into squares of 2cm by 2cm
- Mix plant-based meat well with tofu. Transfer to a big bowl。
- Bring water to a boil, steam for 10 minutes 。
- Sprinkle on top nori and seasonings. Ready to serve.
- Steaming for 5 minutes is good enough with steam oven.
