Tofu with Nori Seaweed


Ingredients:700g tofu,  100g plant-based meat, 40g nori seaweed

Seasonings:1tbsp. sesame oil, 1tbsp. black soy sauce, a pinch of salt


  1. Press on tofu to squeeze out excess water, smash up tofu and set aside.
  2. Cut nori into squares of 2cm by 2cm
  3. Mix plant-based meat well with tofu. Transfer to a big bowl。
  4. Bring water to a boil, steam for 10 minutes 。
  5. Sprinkle on top nori and seasonings. Ready to serve.


  1. Steaming for 5 minutes is good enough with steam oven.
