Ramen Fresh Tomato Sauce



600g tomato ramen, 200g tomatoes, 100g mushroom.


1tbsp first extract soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt.


  1. Cook tomato ramen in boiling water; drain and mix well with olive oil.
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Heat wok with oil, pan fry mushrooms and tomatoes, add 1 bowl of water with seasonings; simmer in low heat.
  4. Cook all ingredients until softened; remove from beat top ramen with the mixture and serve.

Tips: Add chili oil to taste as desired.
