Tofu with Cold Okra

Ingredients: 350g tofu, 100g okra

Seasonings1 tsp. sesame oil & 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce – mix well

 Steps:

  1. Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
  2. Bring some water to the Add 1 tbsp. salt. Add tofu and cook for 1 minute. Remove from water and set aside.
  3. Blanch okra in boiling water for 1 minute.
  4. Plunged okra into iced water for 30 minutes. Remove and drain. Slice okra into 0.5cm thick.
  5. Arrange tofu and okra on a plate. Pour over seasonings and serve.

Tips:

  1. The seasonings can be adjusted to personal taste.
