Ingredients: cauliflower 600g, oil tofu 200g.
Seasoning: Miso 1 tbsp, ShaCha sauce 1 tsp, sugar 1 tsp.
Steps:
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Wash oil tofu with hot water, lightly squeeze dry and cut open the oil tofu without breaking it into 2 pieces.
- Heat fry pan with cooking oil, fry 2 or 3 pieces of ginger and then add all ingredients. Stir fry until half cooked.
- Add seasoning and some water, turn to low heat to simmer until cauliflower turns soft.
Tips:
- Can add 1 tsp sesame oil before serving to enhance aroma.
