Ingredients: 450g tomato, 450g potato
Seasonings: 2tbsp. cold pressed olive oil, 1 tsp. sea salt, a pinch of black pepper
- Cut tomatoes into wedges. Slice potatoes into thin pieces and put into a large plate.
- Bring a half pot of water to the boil. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Add seasonings and mix well.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes if using a steam oven.
