Ingredients: 150g green pepper, 150g red pepper, 150g celery, 150g mushroom, 150g black fungi (soaked), some grated ginger
Seasonings: 1 tbsp. black truffle sauce, 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce, add sugar and salt to taste
Steps:
- Cook black fungi with ginger, salt and sugar until it absorbed the sauce.
- Heat wok with oil. Fry grated ginger, mushroom, celery, green and red peppers until fragrant. Add black fungi, stir fry well over medium heat.
- Mix in seasoning and stir fry until veggies are cooked. Turn off heat and serve.
Tips:
- The black truffle sauce should be added and served immediately as the truffles lose their aroma quickly.
