Stir-fried Veggies with Black Truffle Sauce


Ingredients: 150g green pepper, 150g red pepper, 150g celery, 150g mushroom, 150g black fungi (soaked), some grated ginger

Seasonings: 1 tbsp. black truffle sauce, 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce, add sugar and salt to taste


  1. Cook black fungi with ginger, salt and sugar until it absorbed the sauce.
  2. Heat wok with oil. Fry grated ginger, mushroom, celery, green and red peppers until fragrant. Add black fungi, stir fry well over medium heat.
  3. Mix in seasoning and stir fry until veggies are cooked. Turn off heat and serve.


  1. The black truffle sauce should be added and served immediately as the truffles lose their aroma quickly.
