Ingredients: 350g tofu, 100g okra
Seasonings: 1 tsp. sesame oil & 1 tbsp. black bean soy sauce – mix well
Steps:
- Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
- Bring some water to the Add 1 tbsp. salt. Add tofu and cook for 1 minute. Remove from water and set aside.
- Blanch okra in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Plunged okra into iced water for 30 minutes. Remove and drain. Slice okra into 0.5cm thick.
- Arrange tofu and okra on a plate. Pour over seasonings and serve.
Tips:
- The seasonings can be adjusted to personal taste.
