Grilled Veggie Skewer

Ingredients: 100g red pepper; 100g green pepper; 50g shiitake mushrooms; 50g white mushrooms; 50g cucumber; 50g vegetarian ham

Seasonings: 1 tsp. vegetarian oyster sauce; 1 ½  tsp. vegetarian seafood sauce; ½ tsp. vegetarian satay sauce; 1 tsp. soy sauce; a pinch of black pepper powder

Steps:

  1. Cut all ingredients into pieces. Thread onto skewers.
  2. Whisk together all seasoning to make vegetarian barbeque sauce.
  3. Brush sauce onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to 220 ℃. Let skewers sit for 10-15 minutes.

Tips:

  1. The baking time depends on individual preference.
