Ingredients: 130g 100g fresh mushrooms; 100g king trumpet mushrooms
Seasonings: 20g butter; 0.5 tsp. sea salt; a pinch of black pepper
- Cut ingredients into thick slices. Sprinkle seasoning and wrap with foil.
- Preheat oven to 220 ℃. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- You may choose different kinds of mushrooms.
- Do not overcook fresh mushrooms as they will shrivel and the aroma will be lost
